Where do you ship?

We currently offer domestic shipping within the US.

When will my order ship?

As soon as you click “buy” we get to work! Please give us 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to provide free ground shipping on all U.S. orders. 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If after 5 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to simonesleepwear@gmail.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.

While we are not liable for lost packages, we want to make sure you receive your Simoné Sleepwear so please reach out to us to let us know how we can help you find a fix!
